ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Works Officer for a casual/temporary role in our Perth office. Initially a 6-month temp role, with potential for permanent placement for the right person.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the management of construction and maintenance projects, ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Scope, estimate, procure, and deliver construction and maintenance projects.

- Prepare and manage annual capital works/maintenance budgets.

- Oversee contractor compliance, including licenses, qualifications, and tenders.

- Maintain accurate project records regarding time, cost, and quality.

- Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with OHS legislation, building codes, and company policies.

- Provide regular progress, budget, and risk reports.
