We're looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable assistant to join our small creative business on a casual basis. The role is flexible and ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin and hands-on work, with no two days ever the same. You'll be working closely with the business owner in a relaxed home-office environment in our home office in Marangaroo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General admin support and organisation
  • Managing checklists, schedules, and documents
  • Assisting with supplier and vendor communications (training provided)
  • Preparing and printing materials for projects and events
  • Helping with inventory checks, packing, or light styling prep when needed
  • Occasional errands or practical support for event days

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Basic computer skills (Google Drive, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in admin, retail, or events is a bonus — but not essential
  • Must have reliable transport, laptop & phone

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.28 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week

Experience:

  • Event planning: 1 year (Preferred)
