Junior Event Manager

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable assistant to join our small creative business on a casual basis. The role is flexible and ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin and hands-on work, with no two days ever the same. You’ll be working closely with the business owner in a relaxed home-office environment in our home office in Marangaroo.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General admin support and organisation
- Managing checklists, schedules, and documents
- Assisting with supplier and vendor communications (training provided)
- Preparing and printing materials for projects and events
- Helping with inventory checks, packing, or light styling prep when needed
- Occasional errands or practical support for event days

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Basic computer skills (Google Drive, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience in admin, retail, or events is a bonus — but not essential
- Must have reliable transport, laptop & phone

Pay: $30.28 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
