We're a growing Electrical-based business on Brisbane's Northside — and we're on the lookout for two rockstars to join our office team.

1. Scheduler / Administrator You'll be the central hub of the business — organising jobs, materials, and communication so our tradies can do what they do best.

Key responsibilities:
  • Scheduling daily and weekly jobs for multiple teams
  • Managing site bookings, materials, and supplier orders
  • Acting as the go-between for clients, staff, and directors
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks, reporting, and coordination
This role is ideal for someone who's worked in a construction or trades business — and knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Role 2: Accounts / Bookkeeping Officer You'll take charge of our financial operations, including:
  • Bookkeeping and financial data entry for multiple entities
  • Preparing and lodging BAS
  • Payroll processing, super, and payroll tax (via MYOB, QuickBooks, Employment Hero)
  • Managing supplier/customer invoices and reconciliations
  • Handling debtors/creditors and generating reports
  • Supporting end-of-month and general financial reporting
  • Creating management packs to guide decision-making
  • Handling occasional customer phone/email queries
Ideal for someone with 5 years in accounts/bookkeeping, preferably in a small-to-medium construction/electrical environment. BAS agent registration is a plus, but not essential.
