About the Role:

As a support worker with Alpha Disability Support, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients with a range of disabilities across various locations in Melbourne. This may include:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks
  • Supporting community access and participation
  • Providing domestic assistance
  • Implementing individual support plans
  • Promoting independence and well-being

We have opportunities for support workers with flexible hours.

About You:

We are looking for support workers who are:

  • Experienced in disability support (or hold relevant qualifications)
  • Empathetic, patient, and understanding
  • Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Committed to person-centred support
  • Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent)
  • Possess a valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport
  • Have a current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check
