About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. This role is crucial in helping oversee day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, and support the team in creating memorable guest experiences. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager and other senior staff to ensure smooth service, team engagement, and the achievement of venue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily management of venue operations across all departments
  • Lead and motivate front-of-house staff during service
  • Uphold and enforce service standards, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Assist in rostering, stock control, and ordering
  • Contribute to training, mentoring, and team development
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly
  • Act as duty manager as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy hospitality venue
  • Strong floor presence and ability to lead from the front
  • Passion for great food, beverage, and customer service
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • A natural people person who inspires and supports others
  • Current RSA and RCG certificates
