Jamaica Blue is looking for a friendly, energetic Cafe All-Rounder to join our team. You'll be making great coffee, serving with a smile, and helping out wherever needed.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment - 6-8 kgs per day of coffee
  • At least 1 year of experience as a All Rounder/Kitchen Assistant
  • Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of different brewing methods
  • Able to work independently
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a memorable experience
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
