What You'll Be Doing:

  • Crafting consistently high-quality coffee at speed.
  • Delivering warm, friendly customer service with every interaction.
  • Assisting with food prep (cakes, sandwiches).
  • Maintaining the café's cleanliness, organisation, and equipment.
  • Handling cash and transactions with accuracy.
  • Supporting your team during peak times and events.
  • Taking responsibility for opening and closing the café, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous barista or hospitality experience.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to the role long-term.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
