Job Description:

  • Full time position from our Bella Vista office
  • Liaising with clients to collect documents for applications.
  • Conduct assessment of client's financial situation.
  • Understand banks processes and polices to see where the client best fits.
  • Complete application process through Mercury / AOL
  • Liaise with lenders and other professionals as required through to settlement.
  • Stay in contact with the client providing Post settlement assistance.
  • Provide support to the Mortgage Broker as Required
  • Keep up-to-date on industry regulations and changes
