Who we're looking for:

You're enthusiastic, reliable, and thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment. If you've got hospitality experience and love being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you

Ideal Skills & Experience:

  • Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not essential. If you're eager to learn, we'll teach you

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Engagement: Welcome guests, seat them comfortably, and ensure they feel at home.

  • Order Management: Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.

  • Service Delivery: Serve meals and drinks promptly, maintaining high presentation standards.

  • Guest Support: Address requests and concerns with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

  • Table Care: Clear, reset, and maintain clean tables for seamless guest turnover.

  • Teamwork: Communicate and collaborate closely with both front and back of house staff.

  • Safety & Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

  • POS & Transactions: Manage orders through the POS system and handle payments with accuracy.

  • Bar Assistance: Help deliver drinks, clear glasses, and support the bar during busy shifts.
