Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco's Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We're seeking passionate, guest-focused, casual Food & Beverage Attendants to bring energy and excellence to our vibrant team.

Job Description
Join the Food & Beverage team at Pullman Cairns International as a Food & Beverage Attendant and bring your passion for great service to every shift. This role offers variety, with opportunities to work across Coco's Kitchen + Bar, the Pool Bar, and banqueting events - from breakfast through to dinner and large-scale functions. With shifts available in both AM and PM periods, no two days are the same, making it a great opportunity to gain diverse experience in a premium hotel setting.

You'll bring a guest-first mindset, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do, while supporting smooth, efficient operations across all outlets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing warm, attentive service across restaurant, pool bar, and event settings
• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally
• Setting up, operating, and packing down dining and function spaces
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
• Recommending menu items and upselling where appropriate
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Upholding brand standards and contributing to a welcoming team culture

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A friendly, guest-focused attitude with a genuine love for hospitality
• Previous experience in customer service or a hospitality role
• A positive team spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
