Job Description

What you bring to the table:

As our Product Innovation Manager, you'll be a driving force in our Innovation, Technology & Development team, helping shape the future of spatial solutions at MNG.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading & mentoring a small team to reach their full potential
  • Managing tender responses, including technical solution design, capability statements & pricing strategy
  • Delivering tailored software demonstrations that clearly communicate value and functionality to stakeholders
  • Evaluating and scouting emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Collaborating across departments to align product development with business goals and market needs
Desired Skills and Experience

What you'll also need:

  • A degree in GIS, Geospatial Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Product Management
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in geospatial product development
  • Deep knowledge of platforms like ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo, and cloud GIS tools
  • A knack for leading teams, managing tenders, and delivering software demos
