Maximizing Commercial Value through Product Innovation

We are seeking an experienced Product Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development and commercial strategy, with the ability to drive growth across multiple markets.

The key objectives of this role include:

  • Developing product roadmaps based on customer input and market research
  • Managing technical change requests in collaboration with the engineering department
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer complaints to recommend solutions
  • Driving customer engagement to understand product requirements and develop new product ideas

Job Description: This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving commercial value from our automation and data product suite. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Roadmap Development: Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with customer needs and market trends
  • Technical Change Management: Collaborate with the engineering department to manage technical change requests and ensure seamless product delivery
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Analyze customer complaints and recommend solutions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Customer Engagement: Drive customer engagement to understand product requirements and develop new product ideas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
  • Proven track record in driving customer engagement and market insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
