Join a well-established Melbourne-based construction company known for delivering architecturally driven commercial and residential developments. With a strong pipeline of apartment builds underway, we're looking for a highly capable
Site Manager
with a strong background in structural delivery to take the lead on complex projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
As the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of mid-rise apartment projects from basement - structure through to finish. You'll ensure that safety, quality, and program targets are met, while managing subcontractors and leading a committed site team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site activity from groundworks through to completion
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and company safety systems
  • Monitor program milestones and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain detailed site records, reports, and daily updates
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Contracts team
  • Lead site meetings and communicate clearly with stakeholders

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in apartment or mixed-use construction
  • Certificate or Diploma in Construction
  • Strong knowledge of structure (concrete, steel, framing systems)
  • Previous involvement in delivering multi-level builds $30M–$70M+
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a site team
  • Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and OH&S requirements
  • Carpentry or trade background (preferred)
  • Experience in using construction software a must
