Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with NSW Health and NurseLink standards.
• Provide safe administration of medications, clinical treatments, and patient assessments according to established care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing health management.
• Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism across various clinical settings including hospitals, aged care facilities, and community health centres.
• Promote workplace safety, infection prevention, and continuous improvement within every facility placement.

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, or Midwife with no conditions.
• Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience, ideally across multiple settings such as acute care, aged care, emergency, community, or maternity.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork and patient relationships.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments across regional NSW.
• Compliance with all NSW Health vaccination, police check, and mandatory training requirements.

We offer competitive pay rates aligned with the Public Health System Nurses and Midwives State Award, inclusive of casual loading and regional allowances where applicable.

Additional entitlements include:

• Shift penalties for night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
• On-call and higher duties allowances including in-charge responsibilities.
• Meal, uniform, and travel allowances including reimbursement for personal vehicle use where applicable.
• Regional incentives for rural and remote assignments.
• Accommodation or staying away from home allowances for eligible placements.
