We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team of ServiceNow developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution design and integrations and will be responsible for mentoring and uplifting the skills of the development team. This role will also involve setting technical best practices to ensure the highest standards of development.

• Mentorship:

• Guide and Mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

• Solution Design and Integration:

• Design and implement robust ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.

• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

• Technical Best Practices:

• Establish and enforce technical best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality codebases.

• Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

• Problem Solving and Innovation:

• Identify and resolve technical challenges, leveraging innovative solutions to improve system performance and user experience.

• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

• Technical Expertise:
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow development, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Solution Design:
• Proven ability to design scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs.
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
• Leadership and Mentorship:
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and support team members.
• Project Management:
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
