We're seeking an experienced Programmatic Lead to join a highly respected independent consultancy, recognised for its impartial expertise across the Google Marketing Platform and the wider programmatic ecosystem.
You'll work across the full programmatic supply chain — from DV360 campaign leadership to SSP yield and PMP deal strategy — while engaging directly with senior client stakeholders. This is not a siloed trading role. It's a consulting and leadership position where you'll set best practice, shape outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

The OpportunityReporting directly into the leadership team, the Programmatic Lead will:
Lead programmatic delivery and optimisation across DV360, ensuring campaigns perform at the highest standard.
Advise on supply-side strategy — SSP selection, PMP structuring, and inventory/yield optimisation.
Translate technical programmatic detail into clear, commercial recommendations that influence senior decision-makers.
Manage and mentor a trading team, ensuring alignment to consulting standards and building depth in capability.
Navigate the agency and publisher landscape with confidence — advising and partnering in ways that add value beyond execution.
Champion a culture of mandatory continuous improvement — driving innovation, refining processes, and contributing to new consulting products that keep the practice ahead of market.
You want to move beyond pure execution into a more consultative, client-facing role.
You enjoy working across both demand- and supply-side programmatic and shaping PMP strategies.
You thrive mentoring and leading others while still engaging with platforms and strategy hands-on.
You're motivated by innovation and want to shape how programmatic consulting evolves.
9+ years' experience in programmatic, with proven capability across DV360 and SSPs.
Experience managing PMP deals, inventory, and yield optimisation.
Strong commercial acumen and confidence in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
Leadership or mentoring experience in a trading/programmatic team.
Adaptable, innovative, and comfortable working in an independent, non-corporate environment.
