Your Next Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at our Nambucca Heads Holidays site. Set between rainforest and ocean, Ingenia Holidays Nambucca Heads offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle and a close-knit team environment; perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a scenic, guest-focused holiday park.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in leading and supporting the housekeeping team to keep cabins and common areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready while ensuring safety and team spirit; helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents

In this Role, You'll

  • Keep things running smoothly by setting cleaning schedules, training the team, and making sure supplies are stocked and ready to go.
  • Jump in during busy times to help keep cabins and common areas sparkling clean and guest-ready.
  • Be the go-to person on shift—supporting your team, keeping the vibe positive, and helping everyone do their best work.
  • Help set up rooms for arrivals, events, and group bookings so everything looks great and feels welcoming.
  • Champion safety by promoting smart use of PPE and equipment, and reporting any hazards.

You're Likely a Match If You

  • Know your way around cleaning gear and safety basics, and take pride in a job well done.
  • Have housekeeping experience and love working in a team that gets things done and has fun doing it.
  • Enjoy helping others, bring a positive attitude, and communicate well with guests and teammates.
  • Are physically active and happy to roll up your sleeves for hands-on work.
  • Can follow a schedule and stay organised.
  • Hold a valid 'C' class driver's licence.
