About the Role

As a Hayaat Care Support Worker, you'll be more than a carer — you'll be a connector, an encourager, and an advocate for independence.

Your work will focus on helping participants achieve their daily goals and thrive in their homes and communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-on-one and group support to NDIS participants
  • Assisting with personal care, daily living, and household tasks
  • Supporting participants in community engagement and social activities
  • Encouraging skill development and independence through tailored support plans
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the care team

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum 
    3 months experience
     working with people with autism, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, or neurological conditions
  • Current 
    NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid 
    First Aid & CPR certification
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Reliable transport and valid driver's licence
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Desirable:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent
  • Experience in community access, mental health, or behaviour support
