With an iCIRT 4 Gold Star rating and a strong pipeline of bespoke projects, Lexpol Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a landmark architecturally designed residence in Mosman.

The Role

  • Oversee all day-to-day site operations on a high-end residential build.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to deliver on time and to the highest standard.
  • Maintain strict quality control, WHS compliance, and program milestones.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Managing Director, architects, consultants and client.

About You

  • 10 years' residential and commercial Site Management experience in Australia
  • Strong background in luxury / architectural homes/units.
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in construction (Certificate III in Carpentry preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for precision and high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Team player with a positive, hardworking attitude
