About the role:

You'll provide individualised care and support to people living with disabilities, tailoring your approach to meet each person's unique needs and goals. This may include:

  • Personal care – assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming in a respectful, dignified manner
  • Community access – supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community events, helping them stay connected and engaged
  • Domestic assistance – helping with light household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
  • Companionship – offering emotional support, conversation, and meaningful interactions that build trust and enhance wellbeing
  • Skill-building support – encouraging independence by assisting with daily living skills, promoting confidence, and helping clients achieve their personal goals
