About The RoleWe're seeking 2 casual team members. One role is available to work 20 hours per week and another to work 15 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to the needs of the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities- Accessing the community for shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities
- Participation in a range of scheduled activities such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities and excursions
- Engagement in social events
- Transportation assistance where required
- Meal preparation and other simple in-home supports
Your role will go beyond daily care - you will be instrumental in promoting independence, dignity, and choice, while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

Essential Criteria- Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
- Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
