About the role We are seeking compassionate and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals, engage with their community, and live fulfilling, independent lives.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support tailored to each participant's needs
  • Assist with transport, social participation, and community access
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
  • Collaborate with the compliance team and follow care plans
  • Plan and attend activities and appointments
  • Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports

What we're looking for

  • Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (or currently working towards)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability
  • Commitment to promoting dignity, rights, and independence of people with disabilities
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster (may include day, afternoon, sleepovers, and weekends)
