In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering high-quality capital project accounting and fixed asset management, this role will see you perform detailed analysis of capital projects, review and reconcile works in progress, and provide the business with technical financial insights to support asset-related decision-making.

You will identify, record, value, and capitalise assets; lead periodic revaluations and stocktakes; and ensure accurate, timely reporting aligned with accounting standards and NSW Treasury requirements—all within a complex, decentralised finance environment.

About you

Your strong analytical mindset, technical accounting knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills, formed across finance, capital accounting, or asset-intensive environments, will see you navigate competing priorities, drive compliance, and bring clarity to complex asset data and processes.

You're recognised as a trusted finance professional, skilled at using SAP's Financial Accounting (FI) module to manage fixed assets, applying advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and reconciliations, and experienced in supporting business units with robust technical advice and reporting.
