About the role
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to join our Talent Attraction team. Working closely with the Child and Family Services team, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging, strategic and values driven recruitment process that puts candidates first. Partnering with leaders, you will focus on attraction strategies, assessment of candidates and supporting onboarding whilst driving continuous improvement in line with compliance requirements.

Duties
As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be the face of recruitment for our Child & Family Services portfolio - attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent who are just as passionate about inclusion as we are:
- Drive Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with leaders to craft creative and strategic talent solutions that align with our mission.
- Lead with Heart: Make the candidate experience seamless, supportive, and genuinely human from start to finish.
- Own the Journey: Deliver end-to-end recruitment that's timely, values-driven, and high impact.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Empower leaders with tools and training to recruit confidently and inclusively.
- Champion Safety: Uphold our Code of Conduct and lead by example in everything you do.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee the collection and verification of pre-employment and probity documentation, ensuring alignment with internal policies and relevant legislative or regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding practices
- Experience in high volume recruitment highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confident with HRIS and recruitment systems
