About this Position

You'll be out on the road building strong relationships with our customers, helping them grow their business, and making a real impact in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a sales plan to achieve food service sales and margin targets in your territory.
  • Build strong customer relationships, protecting your base and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with suppliers to bring great promotions and new products to customers.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities.
  • Use your sales data to plan and forecast smarter.
  • Make a positive impact on health, safety, and food safety compliance every day.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous solid experience in Meat sales, in food service sales, or strong knowledge of the Meat industry.
  • High-energy communicator who loves connecting with people.
  • Commercially savvy with a knack for spotting opportunities.
  • Comfortable using technology (tablets, MS Office).
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage your time like a pro.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
