About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our talented team at Rosebank North Restaurant Bar & Function Venue in Ringwood North, VIC. As a full-time Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, delicious meals that delight our customers and uphold the exceptional standards of our establishment.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a variety of dishes from our diverse menu using fresh, quality ingredients
  • Ensuring efficient and organised kitchen operations to deliver meals in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary work environment in the kitchen
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers
  • Assisting with menu planning and development as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
  • Food safety and handling certification
