Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Customer Success Manager, requiring presence in Melbourne, VIC with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The role involves supporting the existing Customer Success Manager's in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, contributing to customer retention strategies, and resolving client inquiries. Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, identifying opportunities for improved service delivery, and supporting the broader customer success team in achieving company goals.

This role is open to university graduates with relevant scientific degree and a learning mentality.
