We're currently looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist (Turner) to join our growing team. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience under your belt, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes to customer specifications
• Inspecting machined components according to Shine's Quality Assurance Program
• Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and your cell team

What We're Looking For:

• Trade qualified (Cert III in Engineering or similar)
• Experience in CNC lathe machining (Milling experience a bonus)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with Fanuc or HAAS controls is an advantage
• Familiarity with MasterCAM is highly regarded
• Must have the right to work in Australia
