About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Printing Machine Operator Assistant to join our growing production team.

This is a practical, varied role working closely with skilled operators on specialist equipment that creates premium decorative label finishes. You'll also assist with general factory duties to help maintain smooth production flow.

There may be the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship in the future, for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting operation of offset and flexographic/letterpress printing
  • Assisting with hot foil stamping, embossing/debossing, and screen printing
  • Handling high-build varnish and tactile embellishment processes
  • Contributing to other areas of production as needed
  • Maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment

  • Trade qualification in printing/packaging (a bonus, not essential)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full training provided on our specialist equipment
