**About the Role & Benefits**

**Note: -** shift hours as follows:

- Days: 6am - 2pm
- Afternoons: 2pm - 10pm
- Nights: 10pm - 6am.

**Criteria**
- A passion for quality control
- Ability to stand on your feet for the whole 8 hour shift
- No experience necessary as on the job training is provided
- Mechanically minded (preferred)
- Experience working in manufacturing industry, especially with labels (preferred but not essential)
- Seeking a career in the print industry (preferred)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, manage time effectively for competing deadlines & work in a fast-paced environment
- Engaging, confident & positive outlook, enthusiastic & self-motivated with a can-do disposition (essential)
- Strong work ethic & ability to work autonomously as well as part of team
- Presentable appearance
- Exceptional customer service, internal & external (essential)
- Good communication & organisational skills

**Responsibilities**
- Machine setup, load print roll & feed through machine, set up blades & slicers
- Quality checking responsibilities (label inspection)
- Record data on basic machine operations statistics
- General maintenance as required
- Maintenance of a clean & safe working environment.
