We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (Collections & Mining) to expand Tyrecycle's footprint within the mining and industrial sectors.

In this exciting role, you'll develop end-to-end recycling and collection partnerships with leading resource operators—driving commercial outcomes that directly contribute to Australia's circular economy.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Identify and secure new clients in the mining, construction, and industrial sectors
  • Develop tailored waste and tyre recycling solutions to meet client needs
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key procurement contacts
  • Negotiate pricing and service contracts to meet business objectives
  • Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure delivery excellence

What you'll need to be successful

  • Proven business development experience in mining, waste, or logistics industries
  • Understanding of large-scale or remote site operations
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
