Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the performance of retail stores within your district.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to store managers and their teams.
  • Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise merchandising and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service across all locations.
  • Travel within the district to maintain a strong presence and support store teams.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful QLD Retail District Manager Should Have

  • Previous experience in multi-store retail management within the sales department.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and market trends.
  • A willingness to travel within the Brisbane area and beyond as required.
