Formwork Carpenter - Full time position

Cleary Formwork Construction is a dynamic formwork company based in the Scenic Rim, delivering high-quality concrete formwork solutions across Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, reliability, and strong safety standards across a diverse range of commercial projects. Cleary Formwork Construction is expanding and looking for a skilled and fully qualified Formwork Carpenter to join our team. This is a Fulltime position with 38-hour basic weeks.

The Role

We are currently recruiting skilled formwork carpenters for a permanent, full–time position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to read and understand plans

Selecting materials required and prepare layouts

Making formwork from a variety of systems

High quality workmanship

Assembling form structures

Safely operating hand and power tools

Minimum Requirements:

AQF Certificate III or IV in the relevant field

Carpentry/ concrete: 2 years (Required)

Machinery: 2 years (Preferred)

Construction White Card

Desirable Skills:

Safety procedures knowledge

Positive, can do attitude and enjoy working in inclusive team

Valid Driving License and transport desirable
