Sydney Water have partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) to deliver; design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services across the Southern Region of Sydney.
D4C is a consortium comprising of John Holland, Service Stream and WSP.

We are offering roles on various projects, including the renewal of mechanical, electrical, and civil water and wastewater network assets for Sydney Water across the South Region.
You will be part of crews ranging from 5 to 20 team members, working on both existing and new assets. A commitment to fostering a positive team culture is essential, along with experience in maintaining high safety standards, protecting the environment, and engaging positively with the community.
Additional training and skill development opportunities are available to support your growth.

- Civil Pipelayers
- Mechanical Fitters
- Formwork Carpenters
- Skilled Labourers/Truck Drivers
To be considered for these positions, applicants must possess a valid NSW White Card and NSW Driver's Licence (truck drivers are required to hold at least a minimum MR licence, and operators must have a Statement of Attainment). Recent hands-on experience with construction or civil projects is essential.
BenefitsFavourable permanent hourly rates based on experience, including overtime, leave entitlements and benefits. Solid induction and training provided, together with development for future growth and opportunities.
Work scheduleOperating Monday to Friday — 7am start — 40 hours per week. You will also support capital work projects on an ad hoc rostered night shifts.
