Civil Construction Roles Available

We are seeking motivated and proactive individuals to join our workforce in various roles across the Southern Region of Sydney. Opportunities for career growth and skill development are available, with job security and a possibility of contract extension.

Main Responsibilities

You will be part of crews ranging from 5 to 20 team members, working on both existing and new assets. A commitment to fostering a positive team culture is essential, along with experience in maintaining high safety standards, protecting the environment, and engaging positively with the community.

Requirements

To be considered for these positions, applicants must possess a valid NSW White Card and NSW Driver's Licence (truck drivers are required to hold at least a minimum MR licence, and operators must have a Statement of Attainment).

Benefits Package

Favourable permanent hourly rates based on experience, including overtime, leave entitlements and benefits. Solid induction and training provided, together with development for future growth and opportunities.

Working Hours

Operating Monday to Friday – 7am start – 40 hours per week. You will also support capital work projects on an ad hoc rostered night shifts.

Selection Process
