Our Northern Beaches office is looking for an Investigations Coordinator who thrives in a productive work environment, ensuring that our staff and clients get the support they need. The ideal candidate for this position is an organised, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. If you are a fast learner, deadline-driven professional, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude, we want to hear from you.
Purpose Statement
This position is responsible for providing high quality administrative support to Quantumcorp's investigators and clients.
Accountabilities
- Data entry using our unique case management system
- Preparation and submission of information requests (police, ambulance, fire brigade, etc)
- General administration duties
- Answering phone calls
- Liaising with investigators and our clients
- Digital and Standard Filing
- Document Preparation & Formatting
Core Competency Requirements
- MS Office proficiency and ability to use a range of software programs.
- High attention to detail and experience entering high volume of data.
- Sound interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Team player mindset and flexibility in approach.
- Document management and digital filing experience.
- Ability to undertake research and apply basic analytical skills.
- Sound organisational skills and ability to work under limited supervision and to tight deadlines.
- Professionalism, demonstrated confidentiality and sensitivity to the types of issues that may occur during various types of investigative work.
We will provide complete on the job training to the right candidate.
Location and Hours of work
Our office is located in Frenchs Forest on the Northern Beaches. We have a hybrid operating model where attendance in the office is required 3 days a week and 2 days working from home. The position is 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
