With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality and innovation, we're looking for an experienced Plumbing Site Supervisor to join our team.


About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of plumbing and civil works on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. You'll lead by example—coordinating plumbers, operators, and apprentices while maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance.

This role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys being on the tools, managing a team, and seeing projects through from rough-in to fit-off.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day plumbing and civil site activities
  • Ensure all work meets Australian Standards, project specifications, and company quality expectations
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site safety checks
  • Mentor and guide team members to develop trade skills
  • Accurately complete site reports, ITPs, and timesheets
  • Oversee loading, transport, and secure handling of materials—maintaining product integrity and site efficiency

About You
  • Licensed plumber (Cert III Plumbing & Qualified Supervisor Certificate)
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
  • Proven experience leading crews in commercial or civil environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and proud of quality workmanship
