Regional Site Foreman – Commercial Projects (Deniliquin, Forbes & Leeton)

Full-time | Salary + Vehicle | January 2026 start

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated hands-on Site Foreman to join our growing construction team, delivering high-quality commercial projects across regional NSW — including Deniliquin, Forbes, and Leeton.

You'll be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, coordinating trades and suppliers, maintaining site safety, and ensuring all works are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all daily site activities
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site deliveries
  • Ensure strict compliance with WHS and site safety procedures
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager and head office team
  • Maintain progress reports, site diaries, and QA documentation
  • Drive construction programs to achieve key milestones

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman / Site Supervisor on commercial builds
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Sound knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Experience with Class 8 commercial/industrial builds highly regarded
  • Current driver's licence
  • Experience with Buildertrend software highly regarded
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2-5 years of site foreman experience.
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position.
  • Valid White Card certification is essential.
  • Willingness to travel between regional sites including Deniliquin, Forbes, and Leeton is an essential requirement.
  • Open to ABN/contract roll
