Seeking a professional with expertise in Demand & Supply Planning to contribute strategically to our Business Units. This role will focus on ensuring availability to meet customer needs and maximizing growth opportunities in the market.

As a member of the Business Unit team, responsibilities include delivering solutions for availability in the tactical horizon, leading Monthly Business Planning meetings, contributing to cost optimization initiatives, and guiding the business on end-to-end Demand and Supply, New Product, and Sourcing strategy. Join our Demand and Supply Planning Leadership team to drive strategic direction and execution, ensuring availability of finished goods, meeting customer demand, and minimizing costs.

A Day in the Life

Reporting to the DSP Business Partner ANZ, key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Align with and deliver to business priorities, initiatives, and KPIs.
  • Manage information flow between Demand and Supply Planning and internal partners.
  • Execute Connected Planning @ Nestle through active participation in strategic planning processes.
  • Lead Monthly Business Planning, Dynamic Forecast, and Annual Volume Commitment processes.
  • Coach and guide Demand Planners and Supply Planners to provide business-focused solutions and recommendations

What will make you successful

  • Demonstrated operational experience in Demand & Supply Planning and Project Management in DSP.
  • Several years of operational experience in Customer Solutions & Customer Facing Supply Chain, Physical Logistics, Procurement, Technical & Production, or Sales.
  • Experience in a LEAN organization with knowledge of LEAN concepts and tools.
  • Desirable to have SAP experience
  • Clear concise communicator
