Position: Support Worker

Location: Maryborough

Employment Type: Casual with set shift, Monday 11:00 - 18:00. Potential saturday shifts and cover shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs.

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.

  • Maintain accurate records and document progress.

  • Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.

Requirements:

  • A passion for helping others and a positive, empathetic attitude.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred, but not essential—training will be provided

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
