The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Florist to join our boutique team as we open our beautiful new store. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a creative and detail-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and service.

You will be responsible for creating refined floral arrangements for retail customers and corporate clients, assisting with visual merchandising, and ensuring every arrangement reflects our brand's signature style of natural, elegant and effortlessly sophisticated design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare daily retail arrangements and bespoke orders
• Create and maintain in-store floral displays and product presentation
• Provide a premium and personalised service experience for customers
• Manage stock rotation, flower care and quality control
• Support corporate arrangements and special requests
• Maintain an elegant and organised workspace in line with brand standards

About You

• Experienced florist (minimum two years preferred) with strong technical skills and creative flair
• Passionate about design, composition and seasonal blooms
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Confident working in a boutique retail environment
• Reliable, organised and team oriented
• Flexible availability for late November or early December start
