About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager to take on a leadership role across our two sites — Cooranbong Pharmacy & Compounding and our new Watagan Park Pharmacy (opening January 2026).

You will begin at Cooranbong Pharmacy for training, induction, and team integration, before transitioning to Watagan Park Pharmacy as the store's lead retail manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading front-of-shop retail operations
  • Staff supervision, training, and rostering
  • Retail presentation, planograms and merchandising
  • Ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
  • Implementing systems and workflows for a new pharmacy
  • Working closely with the pharmacist-in-charge and owners
  • Supporting customer service excellence

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years pharmacy retail experience
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy retail management
  • Ability to lead, support and develop a team
  • High-level organisational and communication skills
  • Confident working autonomously
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving ability
