About the opportunity:About you
  • Experience managing the strategy, design, implementation, and delivery of complex projects to time, quality, and cost constraints, whilst ensuring organisation wide strategies and objectives are achieved.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify critical strategic and operational issues, think laterally and apply analytical, qualitative, and research skills to develop solutions for resolution.
  • Proven strong leadership to effectively lead, motivate and manage a project team to foster initiative, promote teamwork, achieve outcomes, evoke creative and innovative thinking, and plan, prioritise and organise work for self and others to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, developing, and influencing successful relationships and networks with a broad range of stakeholders, including c-suite stakeholders and customers, within complex, fast paced, and politically sensitive organisations to positively facilitate the delivery of project outcomes and achieve positive strategic and operational change.
  • Proven expertise in delivering advice and project insights to a broad spectrum of stakeholders, with a strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and executive leadership, to achieve project objectives and organizational goal
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, including scrum, agile, and waterfall methodologies and experience in the superannuation or finance industry, using these methodologies in project delivery .
