Supervisor – Processing

FIFO or Residential - 8 days on / 6 days off, 7 nights on / 7 days off

Ongoing role with contract or permanent job opportunity for the successful candidate

Chandler Macleod is proud to partner with a leading mining organisation to recruit an experienced Supervisor – Processing in the Kimberley region.

This role offers stability, a supportive team environment, and the chance to lead high‑performing operations in one of Australia's most unique locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise production activities while mentoring and developing team members.
  • Maintain operating parameters for WCP and CUP to achieve output targets.
  • Manage both control room operations and hands‑on plant activities.
  • Perform operational checks and follow through on action items.
  • Support skill development for internal career progression.
  • Apply knowledge of tailings management and liaise with Metallurgists to resolve technical issues.

About You

  • Certificate III or IV in Process Plant Operations or relevant trade.
  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management & Leadership.
  • Current WA C‑Class Driver's Licence.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a mineral processing plant (including at least 2 years in leadership).
  • Experience in control room operations.
  • Relevant licences/tickets (Confined Space, Working at Heights, First Aid, Bobcat/FEL) or willingness to obtain.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in culturally diverse environments.
