Talent Acquisition Specialist for our team in Australia

  • This is a key recruitment role within our People & Culture team.
  • You will join a leading international IT solution company that genuinely cares and values its people.
  • The position is full-time in our Canberra office.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Australian team and lead recruitment efforts across Australia. Reporting functionally to our Head of People Attraction, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, building our employer brand locally, and supporting onboarding activities.
Your Key Responsibilities

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment in Australia, from needs assessment and job ad creation to interviews and reference and other pre-employment checks, offer and acceptance.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and define recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, and reaching out proactively.
  • Supporting employer branding activities, including events and campaigns.
  • Acting as a local point of contact for employment contracts in collaboration with our People Services team.
  • Coordinating onboarding plans with our Learning and Development team.
  • Providing market insights and contributing to the development of our recruitment approach in the region.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment platform.

The Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or from an agency,
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills,
  • Proactive, independent work style with a can-do attitude,
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and psychometric assessments,
  • Experience recruiting in technical or software domains is a plus.
