Job Title: Jet Ski Tour Guides

Location: Brisbane & Gold Coast

Job Type: Casual- 2-3 days a week.

We are seeking two friendly, motivated experienced Jet Ski Tour Guides to become a key players in our dynamic team.

Applicants must have commercial jet ski tour guiding experience.

The tours are varied and range from 2hr to 4hr safaris, as well as group/private tours and corporate bookings.

If you have a passion for watersports and love interacting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-tour safety briefings and ensure all participants are informed of safety protocols.
  • Lead jet ski tours and also work within a team of other guides for larger groups
  • Monitor the safety and equipment of all participants throughout the tour.
  • Assist in the maintenance and basic repairs of jet skis and safety equipment.
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • Promote a positive and memorable experience for all guests.

Requirements:

  • Be willing to work peak periods (weekends, school holidays Christmas period)
  • Have an AWESOME personality– The position is entirely customer service orientated and you must be able to provide our guests with a 'once in a lifetime' experience
  • Be highly motivated, confident and committed for the long run.
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Be physically fit (without any current or previous injuries that may impede safe operation)
  • Be a Safety Team Leader
  • Knowledge of the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Moreton Bay Waterways
  • High level of JetSki riding experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of jet ski riding experience required.

Eligible applicants must have:

  • Coxswain or Master5
  • QLD Boat & PWC license
  • Experienced PWC Rider
  • Driver's License
  • First Aid + CPR
  • Australian citizenship required.

Salary:

  • Competitive hourly wage.
