Group Fitness Instructor/ Casual Club Assistant

We're on the hunt for a high-energy, people-loving fitness professional to join our team at Jetts Mt Warren Park. This is a dual role combining Group Fitness Instructing with Casual Club Assistant (reception/club support) duties – perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and has a passion for inspiring others to live a better life.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Lead fun and engaging small group training sessions
• Welcome members at the front desk with a smile (and maybe a high-five )
• Get creative with in-club content (yes, being in front of the camera is encouraged)
• Support our community through challenges, events, and engagement initiatives
• Keep the club humming – from member support to making sure everything looks fresh and professional

You don't need to be a seasoned pro – we'll back the right attitude. But you do need to bring before you hit that apply button today:

• Minimum Cert III in Fitness (required for instructing)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Public Liability & Indemnity Insurance
• Police Check + Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
• A big personality, positive energy, and a genuine love for people
• Confidence to lead a room, motivate members, and have fun doing it

Alongside this role, we're also on the lookout for driven, Cert IV qualified Personal Trainers to join our PT crew.

What you'll need:

• Minimum Cert IV in Fitness
• First Aid & CPR
• Public Liability & Indemnity Insurance
• Police Check + Blue Card
