About This Role
- Overseeing the Southern Region, VIC/TAS
- Sales Focus, opportunity to impact and gain proportionate market share.
- Drive customer experience, dealer engagement / network performance
- Travel locally and interstate will be required
- Take full ownership of the position, be the face of the brand and be available to the network
- Work closely with internal departments including Marketing, Product, Fleet and Aftersales.
Qualifications And Experience
- A tertiary qualification in Business Management or similar and/or substantial experience and capabilities in relevant field or equivalent commensurate experience.
- Experience as Automotive State, Region or Senior Manager level required, ideally with a Sales focus.
- Experience working with the dealer network
- Leader of successful teams, demonstrating impact in job function
