Our clients are looking for
- An inspirational, hands-on leader who prioritises service before product
- Multi-tasking abilities and a true capacity for initiative
- A great communicator accustomed to managing and training staff
- Experience with menu, labour and financial costs management
- A great knowledge of all beverages, stock control and market trends
- 7 years experience in hospitality and a minimum of 3 in management
- Preferred background in restaurants or high service environments
- A hospitality work ethic
